How difficult is it to replace the rear subframe on a 2g gsx

Im looking at buying a 95 gsx its at a great price and everything is great but being a New England car the under body is rusted and the rear subframe is in need of replacement. So the difficulty of this job is the deciding factor in wither I buy it or not. Also how difficult would it be to find a replacement rear subframe?

Not hard and not hard. You could just take it off, strip it down and get it powder coated, Unless there's chunks of metal missing.
