I really cant comprehend why you guys are telling him that the 6 bolt swap is hard. All you have to do is change like 4 wires around, cut the engine mount bracket, and get a different flywheel. Everything else bolts right up. Its really not that hard at all. If I lived close to the guy, I would do it for him for like $100

6 bolt swap makes the car misfire and send code. So it wont pass
Dsmlink fixes misfire and turns off light, but it wont pass because it comes up not ready.

I heard there is info on the dmslink forum but its closed to new members so i dont know what to do.

Do the resistor mod to your baro sensor. That will eliminate the cel. Also you can use a phase inverter for the signal from the 1g cas to the ecu so that the plugs and injector wires aren't switched.

Ok now that we are on the topic of 6 bolt swaps anyone know how to get one inspected?

Did you guys READ the whole Magnus link I posted?? They tell you how to stop the misfire code with a potentiometer from radio shack for 3 dollars.

I know right....Its like 4 wires on the CAS and then Invert the signal for 95-96 cars. Not any harder than putting a 7 bolt in the car IMO.
