I was wondering. When looking at a 4g63 engine block, how can I tell its a 6 bolt or a 7 bolt? What can I look for to know its a 6 or 7 bolt? Mainly 6 bolt engine block.

Sincerely,
Jon Brady

Wish that 6 bolt blocks had that drop in front to do that balance belt so you didn't have to take everything off...but, oh well .. glad I still have a 6bolt being a stronger built motor...

You could count how many bolts hold the flywheel to the crank.

Ok thanks for the help guys! Much appreciated!

Take Care,
JB
