the reason i ask this is because im about to help my friend install a turbo on his civic si. 1.6l. We are trying to go for fast spool. the most boost this car will ever see is 10-13psi. We want to get the fastest spooling turbo that will meet our needs. the turbo does have to be a t3/t3t4. hope im explaining myself good

that turbo will be huge when set next to a 16g..

I run that turbo the T3/T4 on my turbo ranger 2.3l I get about 10 psi out of it at about 2500 rpm

on a honda 1.6, I would doubt you will make any sort of boost untill your well over 4000 rpm..

I hate to say it but a 14b or 16g would be your best bet if you want quick spool up like that. You're not going to get quick spool up out of a big turbo, especially on a 1.6L

T25.

The Nissan T25's are T3-flanged on the turbine housing inlet.

try to get your hands on a IHI from a 87/88 Thunderbird turbo coupe

on the 2.3 they are good for about 18 psi and spool at about 1500 when they are set up right

they have the T3 foot print
