Horsepower upgrade

How much horse power would I gain if I was to remove my ac since it don't work and do a underdrive pulley(s) on my 420a? Looking for cheap easy upgrades!!

The throttle response will change, but as for gaining actual horsepower, the gains will be negligible. The weight reduction is always beneficial, but you'll lose more by dropping your spare tire, jack, etc...

Now, personally, I've never understood why folks wanted to lose creature comforts for only marginal power increases on a DD. But to each their own.

That's what I kinda was thinking but as far as the one comment if it don't work why have it in there just spinning round when it could b taken out for more room.

Best place to start for simple upgrades in "HP" is IHE(intake, header, exhaust). Makes a noticeable difference in throttle response but as most will say it's just butt hp
