Horrible Accelaration

Ok so my car is slow as hell when put to full throttle and takes forever to get up too speed doesnt feel like im moving. however when i feather the throttle and get up to speed the car seems to pull a lot more why?

Sounds like a boost leak.

ya prob thats what i was thinking im sure i need a new turbo and intercooler i just cant find crap that is cheap enough but still good

Just do a blt and see what that does for you after you fix any leaks. You would be suprised how much better these cars run after fixing leaks.

Wont know till you find them may be a coupler loose or a gasket blown.

Sounds like you also may have phantom knock. You won't be able to tell though unless you have a logger. Try this http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/222686-seafoam-works-merged.html?highlight=seafoam and see what happens, it has helped a lot of ppl with phantom knock and I definitely noticed some light throttle improvement after sucking through my intake manifold.

You could also be running too rich, without a logger it's pretty hard to tell what's going on with issues like this.

well i have a 255 fuel pump running with stock injectors and no FPR i ordered one thou should that help? and what pressure should i be running throu them?

Well that's a problem right there. A 255 flows too much for the stock fuel pressure regulator. You are running extremely rich at low rpms. Your going to need an adjustable regulator or to put a 190 fuel pump or stock back in. 1G with M/T is 37.5 psi. All others from 1G Autos to all 2G's is 42.5 psi.
