Horn doesn't work

There is a relay or a fuse in your fuse/relay distribution block.. i think its one of those big ass fuses

Have you looked at the horn at all? Mine got all rusted out on the inside and wouldn't make a noise either, but I pulled it off and tested the wires and they had power. All mine needed was a new horn for like 10 bucks.

There is a fuse, look at the fuse cover it shows you where it is, its a 10 amp fuse, and the horn only works when the car is on for some reason. Noticed that right away when i got it, totally diff than my GM which always worked, as well as the cig lighter, on the dsm its on when acc is on...
