I had a minor fender bender and now the hood won't latch and lock down.

The messed up hood closed and latched, but the replacement hood won't latch down.

If this will help, I replaced the radiator as well with a stock, but higher profile radiator.

Did the rad support get bent? I would check the alignment of the latch and see what the issue is.

Why dont you get on your knees, bend down and look between the bumper and the hood to see whats going on? Nobody is going to be able to give you a definate answer without looking at it. Bend some things around and get that shit closed.

I was looking. The hood isn't locking in.

Any other suggestions?

The radiator support bent down during my fender bender. Tomorrow I am going to find a way to bend it back upwards because the hood latch is short of catching the latch.

Put your hand brake on, remove your front bumper cover and bumper, and then you need to proper align the rad support by using the weight of the car and either a cleverly placed floor jack with a piece of wood (2 by 4 would be key) to lift the upper beam or pure muscle and some work gloves. I've done this MANY times on all different makes and models of cars with success, and the rad support on 2g's aren't that difficult to bend. You can even try using that same piece of wood and hammer from underneath the top rad support beam.
