Hood latch delete

No you won't have any problems as long as they are installed correctly. Been 130+ at track with mine never once worried.

yah as long as they are installed right there should be no problem
keep an eye on your hood at regular driving for vibration and adjust as needed

Why remove the latch? It's like extra insurance if the pins fail like the pins are if the latch breaks.

Don't remove the latch..Then all people have to do to steal stuff is remove the pins..Like said before the latch is extra insurance..
