What condition is your turbo in? Is your turbo leaking oil in to your compressor housing then forcing the oil in to your intake manifold? That seems like a lot of oil to just be coming from your PCV valve. On the exhaust side it could be a number of things. The oil looks milky so it seems like it is mixing with coolant, head gasket would be the culprit there.
Leaving that hose unplugged will not cause that as I ran mine to the ground without problems. Are you able to do a compression test or a leak down? It may answer your question when you pull the head and see what is exactly going on in there.
If your still using the water style oil cooler, check the oil filter housing as well it might be mixing water and oil.
If your going to pull the head anyway, it might not be a bad idea to invest in a brand new set of viton valve stem seals while your in there, if you haven't already, check the compression and maybe do a leak-down test before you tear it all down, and make sure there is no oil in the radiator or vice versa, clean out your inter-cooler [I use gasoline] maybe it has some evidence of the milkshake inside...

I would agree with the previous posts, looks like the head needs to come off.
Leaving the breather hose unhooked is ok, not a bad idea to hook it into a catch can. There are some really good articles on catch can setup and valve cover breathing.
Since your seeing saturation on the intake side but the piping from turbo is dry the valve seals could be leaking on intake and exhaust side as well. The brown mixed oil on exhaust points toward gasket or multiple cracks or both. It's too much for just condensation.
While the head is off check/replace everything as needed.
Not terrible, good luck and have fun!
That's some good milkshake, HG is the likely culprit. If not, you've got big problems.

yea but were is the problem ill change the gasket and will see what happens
Turbo seals, or improper crankcase ventilation. My IC pipes are usually pretty oily.
