Anyone know details (i.e., specs; CM, inlet, discharge, PN, etc.) on the Holset turbine housing shown in the attached image? I checked the Holset website and they do not have this style turbine housing listed (type A-D, HY35) however, this may work for my application dependent on specs. Any help would be appreciated.

The pic of the part number isn't very clear, but it does appear to show an 18 right by the flange, for 18cm2. And most holset housings that are the v band are 3".

The problem, and the reason you can't find anything from holset, is because so many variants of each turbo came off the shelf that they can't keep track of it. The best advice is take a set of calipers and get the turbo in your hands.

If it is in fact the 18cm housing it appears to be, it could be a lag monster. The 12cm t3 housing is the most sought after.

Thanks for the reply Breezio69. Unfortunately, I cannot get my hands on this turbo for inspection...I found the picture on the web and this is the first time I have come across this style housing during my research. I agree, there is very limited info out there regarding hotside options. Particularly this type pictured above. I was under the impression the 9CM size housing is the most common on HY35's or possibly the only size offered.

I want to track down and purchase a Holset HY35 with a 9CM single scroll T3 3" V-band discharge turbine housing. Anyone know if this turbine housing exists or which vehicle this housing would come on OEM? If necessary, I would be willing to have this style Holset turbine housing machined to fit the HY35 if I cannot obtain it in that configuration.

This will be for use on a 1g DSM with a Turbonetics T3 manifold w/external WG.

They don't. You either have to find a v-band outlet flange for the housing (which I have), or you can cut the outlet off the factory downpipe adapter and weld a v-band to it. All HY35's you'd want to use looked like this from the factory.
