holset hy 35 clearence issue (turbo coolant line bolt)

im finnaly getting around to finish installing my holset hy35 on my 97 talon and im running into clearence issues with the bolt for the turbo coolant line. i know ive seen people shave the bolt for more room but since the turbo is non watercooled can i just remove the bolt and install a pipe plug ? its a 7bolt with a turbonetics manifold stock hy35 vband housings btw

I don't see why you couldn't..... I may be wrong Idk a lot about holeset setups and ia it an hy35 or hx35

If you are talking about the coolant line coming from the block, yes you can plug it. Mine is.
