1G holset hx 40 trouble

I have a holset hx 40 with a .70 bep hotside and whats happening is the centersection is coming loose from the hotside ive tried tighting the bolts back up using lock washers it hasnet seemed to work. Have they changed the way the hotsides mount to the centersection? I had this setup last year with no problems only thing i did was ceramicoat it. It mounted fine and seemed tight didnt move at all then after i started it.when i check why its moving non of the bolts are loose. It seems to me.like the clamps and wide enough to keep the centersection in the hotside. Has abyone ran into this before ? Is there a fix for it ?

Standard spring-type lock washers are junk on applications where they're constantly heated and cooled. You want to find a star washer like this one:

Still, I've never had one of these come loose on any turbo I've ever installed....so perhaps you're just not getting them tight enough.

Ok thank you is there a possability the turbo blades could be damaged. Its almiat like the clmaps arent sitting on the center section far enough

Sure, there's always a possibility the wheel rubbed the housing if it comes loose.
