Its not a matter of psi because you can't assume 100% efficiency. The turbo is rated flow wise for around 47lbs/mins in a bep housing. So depending on your setup, however much psi it takes to get there. So unless you plan on above 450whp, I wouldn't worry about it.
 
There are multiple threads about the efficency of these holset turbo's. If I were you I would use the search button before getting flamed from a moderator. And if you have to ask what psi x brand turbo is good to then I would just stick with the stock one bro.
 
I've been reading alot about this turbo too becaue I own one and will be hopefully dialing in everything new with ecmlink within the month. Supposed to spool like my 16g was but really wake up around 25 and continue until at least 35lbs.

well I was asking people questions about my build(piston compression)
and they all said go with 9:1 but if the turbo doesn't wake up till like 25+.....then shouldn't i get 8.5:1?
