Hi guys,
Just wanted to say thank you for all the posts you guys put up. Very helpful. Funny thing is, I spent two years in top fuel NHRA, built the motors and I'm having issues with this turbo install. Holy HELL blowers are easier! . ANYWAY, Could someone please give me a quick class on installing the BOV properly please? Apparently turbo installation is an Art form and I'm the student. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you in advance!

I *believe* bov's are plug n play- sorta. I was just told, flange, gasket and recirculate, but if there's more, I shall learn too. I'm about to buy a greddy bov when I get paid on mon/tues

JJrocks5, I saw your video as well and thanks to both of you for the reply. My question is this, I know how to install it in the car and put it together BUT, does the BOV install right after the throttle body on a 420a and pull vacuum from the line off the intake? Thanks again.


P.S., People really have no idea how intelligent you tuner guys are and knowledgable. I'm very appreciative for the help.

where you put the bov is up to you. right after the throttle body is most common but you could mount to the intercooler if you really wanted to ha.

The bov can in reality go anywhere on the intercooler piping. Most people choose to put it on the intercoler piping about 1 foot from the throttle body. It functions best when it is close to the throttle body. Yes you do feed a vacuum line from the intake manifold to the bov.

Golden and Always, thanks a bunch guys. You have all been a great help. Now the fuel regulator, I'm going to take it and have it done, I know how to do it but it's just easier with the factory regulator being back by the tank.
