high rpms! help!!

k i have something goin on with my junk
i start the car and it revs really hi, around 3000 to 3400 rpms. warms up, gets to regular temp and it just lowers to 2800 or so, sometimes stays on 3000.
now i think it might be the idler control valve, or idler cntrl sensor. tps might be a posibility too. egr maybe?
checked for any vacum leaks and all the hoses look perfectly fine. no boost leaks either.

now i wana know if anyone has had these type of experiences in this matter, anything would be helpful guys, ideas?

i would say tps, over on my side (the tiburons) thats always our problem with high idle, when the tps goes bad... dont know too much about dsm's as im still learning but for high idle in my tib tps was the problem

symtoms sound very likely to the one im having.
like i said i checked vacume leaks and all hoses are perfectly fine.
