It always comes through for me!Your profile is empty so I'm going to assume your car is stock. That said, I'd say your turbo is a T25, which has a somewhat limited powerband, especially at higher RPMS. What you're experiencing is normal, if you'd like to eliminate the "dead pull" you may want to check the upgrade path located in the Tech Guide above. Basically, start with the ins & outs and do all the "free" mods to your car. www.vfaq.com is also a highly reputable site you'll want to check out if you haven't already.

Secondly I'm assuming as well that yoru car is stock. And being it's a 1g you probably have a pre-exhaust boost leak causing loss of pressure at higher rpm's. 1g manifolds were natorious for this. Only real we to tell is to either get a boost gauge or do a boost leak test. It might not show up at first when it is cold but once it get's warmed up it will show through. Boost gauge will be your best bet to see if your boost is falling of or you have something a little worse like lots of knock and it's pulling to much timing.

If I would have had my Venom intake manifold on and a FMIC I could have made it into the 12's on a 14b. It's been done before plenty of time's. CFM wise the 14b and T-25 aren't even comparable. 95 GSX would have a T-25 so that is probably why it feels like it is falling off. Mine did on my 95 but when I got my 1g and ported it, the dyno showed it carried to almost 7k. Which is the same as my ported big16g.
