High rise spoiler. Installed. Doesn't look right.

The title says it all. I installed the 2gb high rise wing after removing the 3 piece one from my 1998 eclipse. I searched everywhere for the specs on where to install it as close to possible to oem. After all my work and covering up the million holes from the previous spoiler it doesn't look right. I'd post a pic but don't know how to. My question is: does anyone have those specs by any chance?

My concern was I placed the spoiler too far forward. I went off a screen capture from a youtube video to be honest. Lined up right so its not crooked or anything. What do you guys think?

Take a pic of it, load it to your computer, sign up for a free photobucket account and load them to photobucket. From there copy the image code and post it in the thread.

My guess is that the problem is that you installed it correctly. It's supposed to remind you of that school trip to St. Louis.

Pics would definitely help.. I just eyeballed mine on my spyder, and made a template with a piece of cardboard of the bolt holes.. Worked pretty damn good, its only off just a tiny bit..

yeah if you have some pics we might be able to help better...however just thinking about it you might have alinement problems...but I could be wrong...it's been known to happen.

When i see a high rise spoiler the top end of the spoiler lines up with the edge of the trunk, and by looking at yours it seems to be doing the same thing it looks perfect to me

This is how mine is too. I agree with the others, it looks fine. Just takes some getting used to.

Lol. Thanks for all the input guys. I was worried for a bit. Haha and no gsx decal. I like the wing, I think a fake badge would be a bit ricey. Tint is next! My friends call it "camo tint".

Installing it was the easy part. The PITA was plugging the holes.
