I have gst model which came with the high rise already but my hatch was rusted and swapped it with a base model trunk but now my old spoiler doesn't bolt up to it its as if the bolts aren't long enough. Anybody no what I have to do to convert it?

I believe so it didn't come with a spoiler when the previous owner gave it to me but the bolts line up with my high rise

You have to weld or bondo or put rubber plugs where the old ones were and then measure or make a template from your old hatch and drill new holes in the same spots. There are several threads about installing a high rise wing if you search. Or you could look for another hatch that had no wing or had a high rise wing then there wont be any extra holes to deal with.

An easy way to mark where holes need to be is to cover the area with either chalk powder or temporary hair dye (that is basically hair spray and chalk powder mix). Then place the new spoiler where you want it and lightly move it from side to side and front to back. What you will end up with would be little Xs made by the bolts that will show you exactly where to drill. Chalk powder or temp hair dye wash away really easy afterwards. Might be a good idea to put down some tape, or even sandwich wrap on the area where bolt holes need to be. That way bolts on the spoiler will not damage car's clear coat.
