OK I have a 90 gst with a 92 motor

now here is my question

Can I run High impedance injectors in my car?
 
because i just got a set of rc650cc and wanted to put them on before tuning

No, it's not possible to "tune" for fuel pressure regulator overrun only fix the problem in the first place.

Take a look at a log while your driving normally and note the injector pulse width. You'll see how it changed depending on the load on the car and the throttle. It will be most consistent at idle, and WOT. During part throttle and in town driving the pulse width bounces around between accelerating and coasting and every time you shift or brake.

With fuel pressure overrun when the pulse width is low your fuel pressure is unregulated. Every time you let up on the throttle a bit and the engine coasts the fuel pressure becomes unregulated until the pulse width goes high enough to consume the fuel that the regulator can't flow.

What do you tune for, do you lean out the low RPM? What happens when the regulator is working because your going up a hill, you lean out. A correction system using airflow as the dependent variable might work but it's easier to just avoid the problem and install the supporting mods required with a big fuel pump.
