Help with logs

I have two log files here, one log is with the car boosting at around 11psi and the other log is with the car n/a (disconnected wastegate actuator). It was relatively cold out side and the gas tank had a mix of octane in it (put half tank of 94 with quarter tank 91 already in) when going into high rpms I am at WOT. The two thing that I am puzzled about are the TPS readings and the knock. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. I have attached xls files, if people want the original pdb files let me know.
