2G Help wiring Mishimoto fan

I can't seem to figure this out, installed mishimoto fans and Shroud but they won't turn on. I see the pig tail from the fans are 2 Blue and 2 black, the car pigtails are 1 Blue, 1 Blue &white and 2 black. How should I wire this to keep the car pigtails? Shroud photo attached

Right now I have them wired the wrong way... but this wont work with the 2x 20 amp fans I have coming.I know on 2gs you can jumper the ac relay but my recollection is that its not possible on a 1g(i could be wrong but i dont remember a 2nd relay).Do i need to just run a 40 amp relay and...
