HELP transmission problems

Yes we are in the process of doing a 6bolt swap and we took out the 7bolt and trany and did the swap. I put a new flywheel on the motor and have a stage 2 clutch installed and made sure it all lined up put the motor and transmisson back in the car. Heres the problem when we turn the motor by wrench the cvs turn as they should but we can hold onto the cvs with are hands and they stop turning but the motor still turns should it be doing this? if not what could it be? maybe my transmission has gone bad some how
