Transmission Problems?? Please Help :-(

So I just had my transmission re-built about 4000-5000 miles ago and along with the new transmission we replaced the basics like the clutch, had the fly wheel cut, etc......well just about 3 days ago im starting to have problems with 2nd gear....when i shift or downshift into second....a lot of the times it will make a grinding/whirring noise and kick it out of gear and i can actually feel the shifter being pushed out of gear without it ever going into gear and than i have to put it back into neutral and put it back into second which usually works.....can anyone please tell me what the problem is because i'm extremely upset that my brand new transmission is giving me problems already.....thanks for all the help

First of all I would take it back to whoever rebuilt it! It might have been something they done or didn't do.
