Help please car turns off

Okay so I just bought my first gsx and I'm driving it home and it just shuts off on me. The engine sounds fine, everything seems okay and it turns on and runs but randomly when I an driving it just shuts off on me and I have to struggle to pull the car over. It turns right back on fine and goes again but it keeps happening.. Any idea what's up with it or what i can do?

Any lights pop on before it's going to happen. Potentially the alternator is going out.

Does it have a aftermarket bov that's vented?

Does it have any aftermarket mods at all or is it a stock car? Give us a run down of what the car has done to it and we will go from there.

Check your altermaor.

Unplug your a/c and see what happens when you run heat in the winter time to defrost your windshield a/c mixes in with it so the windshield doesnt crack.

Make sure your battery is tied down and the + post isn't touching metal (like it would do if not tied down and car accelerates or brakes so post touches hood or cross bar). Also make sure you have an insulator on the + post terminal.

engine light come on? i suggest not drive it around if the engine light is on because it might just lead to something else going out. just a thought.
