Ok guys I have an issue here and I cant figure it out. Any suggestions would help. I have a 90 tsi. I have a big 16g. (Just recently rebuild about 10 miles on it) and evo3 exhaust manifold ( with the step ported), open dump o2 housing. 3" down down pipe. Full 3in exhaust to megan racing muffler. Ecm link v3 full. Fic 850 injectors and punishment racing 7 bar front mount. With hard piping and an hks bov, innovative mtxl wide band going directly to the o2 housing. Areomotive fuel pressure regulator and a walbro 255 hp fuel pump. Bitz duel spec boost contoller.

Ok know here is the problem car starts an runs on stock tune. Other then the injectors. I have speed density but cant figure out how to tune it but thats not the issue. I just took it out the other day after it had been sitting for almost 7 months. The car starts and idles ok nit great but ok. For some reason I cant build boost. It was like I allmost hit fuel cut but I only got up to like 6psi. Like I hit a wall. Then after the car sat for like 2 hours. I went to drrive it home and It would barely start. I literally had to keep my foot on the gas to keep it running. Idk what it is? Im so lost. Also about ten hours later I went to see if it would even start and it fired right up no problem.. now heres another question. I cant get the o2 to simulate in ecm link. I click the settings and it just goes up to 0.80v and stays there. So it just keeps running in open loop. Would that maybe be the problem Please help any suggestions would be great!

I had a similar setup on 660 densos and step one is to dial in the idle. keep the STFT around 0 and LTFT around 0 best you can by adjusting the global deadtime.

i was running v3 ecm link too, and i now parting out my car
