boosting issue

i have a 87 conquest mods are:
bosch high flow fuel pump
bosch ignition setup
custom 3inch turbo back exhaust
89 starion ecu/MAF

my issue is when i start to climb for boost in any gear it will start bossting great but when i hit my 8psi she falls on her face and wont boost at all and almost dies..brand new plugs wires and everything thts listed is brand new along with TB rebuild kit newish 12a turbo. am i getting too much fuel with my fuel pump and my intake system cant keep up? im only runnin 8 psi keep in mind and she spools great till it wants to hit 8psi then she doesnt wanna pull anymore. any help would be great ### summers comin up and i wanna cruise around with this.i have also noticed that these cars have 3 vacumm opeings on the wastegate???? ive only seen two on every boosted car ive had but what do all 3 of these run to exactly? when i bought it the first one was hooked to boost controller and the other two were just blocked off......

Sounds like a classic case of a boost leak, do a BLT and post up your results.

i have fully taken off every IC pipe replaced them with hard piping and clamps and couplers idk if that would make a difference but every pipe is conected with a solid clamp

should still test it out. never know. its cheap, easy, and fast.

zero boost leaks brand new plugs n wires and distributor injectors fully cleaned up and also running 91 octane with octane booster and injector cleaner also cleaned up the throttle body it was a bit dirty but cleaned now re did every signle vacuum hose there is and still gettin this issue....my only other guess would be the turbo is shittin out or i just need a afc and get a tune on it any other options or opinions?

Knock? You hit the 8psi or abouts and knock will pull your timing. Or your timing could just be bad.

Your probably seeing rich knock but you won't know for sure unless you get a wideband o2 sensor, definitely need to get it tuned though.
