Vancouver,
hi, installing a walbro 190 and already re wired it. question is, when i install the pump into the sending unit (i have a 95 talon tsi awd) I stick it in the 'inlet' but my spacer is still a little loose. is that normal or will that leak? i have a the stock spacer, then o ring, then the cap on top. should the stock spacer be tight or doesent it matter because it has movement...

It has to be tight, if its loose your chances of a leak are very likely. If you have another spacer that will help you out, just dont put to much force and snap the strew. :)
