HELP My one of my starter bolts is lost. . .driveable??

Ok after many starter issues I have now came to this problem. Both my starter bolts came loose messing up my starter and got me stuck in a parking lot. On the way home from push-starting it, I think that I lost one of the two big bolts that go into my starter. It is the one closeest to the firewall to be exact. My question is, is it startup and driveable? It won't be for long, I ordered another one today, but can I still start it 5-6 times untill I get the other bolt???

If your gonna run it try to tighten down the other one as best as you can. It is only really used during start-up so it should be ok a couple of times. If something sounds funky I would give it up. Thats me personally

why dont you go to home depot and take thet screw that you have left and get another one thats the same?? or go to the dealer.

Like stated above the starter is only used during start up hince the name starter. Problem could rise if the starter leans alittle, causing the gear to be not at full contact. Which would shear the teeth off the starter gear.

it should be fine as long as you tighten down the one thats left. on mine i ran for about 2 months with only 1 bolt in the starter with zero problems. needless to say i have 2 bolts in it now i was just lazy thats all.
