Title says it all, Jacks video on youtube has got me confused. I have the cruise switch back in towards the driver seat as far as possible. Now on the Master cylinder rod I have inside the u shaped bracket as much of the rod as possible.

What do I do from here?

I have several questions.
What is "checks out"? Objective data remember.
Are the master and slave OEM and are they working properly? How do you know?
What step height is required for that brand clutch and is the flywheel that height?
Did you assume the step height of said brand clutch or were you given a step height from the manufacturer and did you follow it?
Did you verify the flywheel step height yourself?

The slave and master are brand new oem units with no miles. Clutch is south bend ss/tz. Im not sure what step height is recommened for this clutch. I personal checked the flywheel step and I believe its was .610(measured it couple weeks ago but Im pretty sure thats what it was)

Im not sure what step height is recommened for this clutch
There is the first problem.
I believe its was
There is the 2nd problem.
but Im pretty sure
There is the third problem.

And lastly what is the answer to What is "checks out"?
Unless there is objective data to all the above we can't be sure about anything. Lets start with what we KNOW for instance the hydraulics are new. Are they properly bled and are you sure? I won't post on how to do this but if they are working properly let's leave it at that. If you are even the slightest bit unsure about the hydaulics and how to preperly install and bleed them then we should discuss. Now then. What we THINK we know. The only way to be 100% positive is to have an objective measurement in our hands. We also have not discussed the fork and pivot. Where do we stand on all of this?
