what will i need? it will just bolt up to the stock manifold right? i was hearing that i need a new oil feed and return line? can someone please ellaborate on this?

also, i picked this one up from a friend who had it on his tsi with 13k on it with the turbo being (ported) i have heard about clipping a turbo but what does htat mean?


but i really need help on the installation mainly becuase my turbo seals are goooone like lastnights beer
 
No offense, but didn't you do a little research before buying the part for your car? If you would have searched you would have found the answer within 2 minutes. But yes, it is a direct bolton, though the inlet on the hotside is 7cm whereas your stock exhaust manifold is only 6cm.
 
Port your manifold. All new gaskets are recommended. That means the manifold to turbo, the turbo to o2 housing and 4 crush washers for the water pipes. Best to replace the manifold studs and manifold to head gasket. All that would be ideal but I've done swaps without changing any of those things. Many shops won't warranty the turbo unless it's fed with a new or like new ss oil line. I don't know how they'd go about proving that you used your stock line but I doubt an ss line is absolutely necessary. Good luck.
