Help Diagnose Jumped Timing Belt

Image 1: I lined the timing marks up so they were all at 9'Oclock and 3'Oclock.

Image 3: I made sure cylinder#1 was at TDC and you can see the timing marks are off by 1-3 teeth

I believe I am dealing with a jumped timing belt. Car is running pretty horribly. Any input would be appreciated.

I had a timing belt jump on me too. all i can tell you is remove the timing belt and reset the timing from scratch. also make sure to take the lower timing cover off and make sure that there is no debris in there that caused it to jump. (that's what caused mine) If not Maybe it would be a good idea to get yourself a new timing belt so it doesn't happen again. (check the tensioner while your at it) If its still running bad take the valve cover off and make sure to see if any of the rockers feel loose that will tell you if there are any bent valves.
 
Are you using the white mark on the pulley to check the mechanical timing? If so that is the wrong mark. It is for the electrical timing. You have to remove the lower timing cover to see the marks for the mechanical. If your timing is off by more than one mark your valves are most likely bent.

Pull the lower timing belt cover, locate the notch in the plate behind the crank and b/s gear and set it to the mark to the right of the crank on the oil pump casing. Then check to make sure that the cam marks are in the right position(pic 1)

Well regaurdless if its the wrong mark or not it still doesnt explain why when he has the num 1 at TDC that the timing marks are way off. And yes, you still should always use the mechanical marks. Check that and get back with us!
