I disconnected the clutch switch, and I checked the ignition fuse, is there anything else I can check? Some of the wiring in my harness got fried from a hotwire hitting the manifold (the wire was feeding my fans) and it shorted out. I repaired the wiring, and I had a spare ECU to put in the car to try. I also have a spare power transistor (cuz the car would start and misfire). When I turn the key over, clutched fully pressed, the car doesn't even try to crank over, the starter doesn't budge at all. Are there any fuses specific to the starter, or anythign I can double check? Like I said I disconnected the clutch switch so the car should start without the clutch pushed in, but once again it doesn't even crank over. I've got plenty of battery left, and I here the fuel pump cutting on, I don't know what else it could be. Any help is appreciated, thanks guys!

Check the fuses attached to the positive battery cable. Also use a voltometer to check and see if power is going to your starter solenoid. Connect anything wrong? Bench test your starter.

You do know that if you unplug it, you must short the 2 harness side connector pins together right? (Most people just unscrew it far enough so it doesn't touch the pedal so they don't have to do this)

Okay, the car cranks over now. At first it started just fine and ran perfectly. I turned it off, tried starting it 15min. later, and it starts but idles rough as hell then dies. I'm thinking bad power transistor (I swapped the old one in to see if it'd start), or a bad CAS. My Tachometer doesn't get any signal, but my PDA (datalogger) does. It's wierd.
