help bad engine knock

can some one help I was driving home from work and all hell broke lose I would get on it a little bit and my engine light would turn on at 4k rpm I was like huh ? and then turn off when I got out of the throttle well I hooked up my link and it shed me getting well over 8.6 in nock and I have no idea why it is doing that because it is dynode and it never did this before I just out of no wear started doing it and I have no idea why can some one help me out !
 
I'm going to give you the benefit of my doubt and assume English is your second or third language.
That said, I would post a log. It is impossible for us to decipher your ramble to offer an educated diagnosis.

I have dsm link v3lite ill do a pull tomorrow when I have time and I will attempt to up load it.

hear is a long I just made I hope it helps and works. that was at stop and go and a little boost my car is dynode but I feel like it is done wrong . this knock just started never had it before. and when it happens my car starts to lose power and not want to go for some reason . but if I let out of the throttle the knock leaves and car drives normal again. ?
