Alright so I've checked around and none of the searches on the internet or here have done me much good as to what could be causing this. Just started today, halfway through a drive I took up to Lenexa and back, about 35 miles or so. Once I got off I-435 and pulled up to a stoplight, nothing, then I pulled up to the next and my whole car was vibrating through my seat and everything. Once I got in my car to leave, I turned it on and I could hear the vibration through my exhaust. Got worse a little on the way through Olathe as I had to stop at the bank, then It felt a little bit better it had dampened a little, then once I got home and pulled in the garage and put it in park, I could hear my engine ticking along with the vibration quite loudly. I have no clue what this could be, I did change my oil last night, running 10w-30 and it sounded fine no problems when I drove it last night and this morning to school.

Otherwise I have done the following maintenances recently:
-Oil Change
-Spark Plugs (correctly gapped)
-new lifters
-valve cover gasket
-front motor mount replaced

The front motor mount was bad when I replaced it so I assume the others aren't in great shape either but my car barely vibrates at all at stop or idle up until now, anyone who has any idea what might be going on with this and could give me some info that'd be great!
Thank you!

Well lets see if I can try to help, here we go have you checked for your drivetrain, suspension, all your motor mounts, You have a great list but this is short for now, have you checked those things, do you have any lifter tick.

Any loss of power?

Does it get worse under acceleration?

Sound like it could be a misfire, Maybe a bad coil??

As mentioned above, Check for the obvious bad mount/roll stop.

Maybe the exhaust is touching the underbody?
