Between 900 and 1000 rpms i have a very bad shake in my car. On when in netural and car is warming up or almost warmed up completely.

That sounds like a really bad miss that is only noticable at low RPM's. How does it run otherwise? Any hesitation or power loss? How does your timing look?
It's hard to diagnose without seeing it...your "really bad shake" may be my "the car is running pretty smooth today".
If it is a really bad shake though, you may have something seriously not right that is being masked at higher RPM's. Have you done any recent work on the car just prior to the vibration showing up? That's always a good place to start.
