Will a 2.0L header fit onto a 1.8L

No it will not fit. You trying to get more power by adding a header. Not gonna happen. You could add full exhaust, and the good ole intake upgrade, and you will probably not get a noticable gain from it, save your money and do a 4g63 swap.
