Langley,
hey, just thought I would say that I installed a Hedman Header and downpipe last week and the gasket between the header and d-pipe blew out already. my mechanic said the problem was probably the rigidity of losing the flex section off the stock exhaust which put too much stress on the flange. i would recommend welding up a flex-pipe on your new custom exhaust to avoid complications.

the pictures i see of the header on hedman's website show a flex section put into the downpipe... have you contacted them about that?

I think that is a different model, but you may be right. I contacted them and told them what happened. I'm just waiting for them to reply.

i live in Canada. its 240Km/h. I have had to go back and fix problems multiple times now. I think once I get it fixed the next time it will be fine and the gains are noticeable.
