hi all i got a 93 tsi,for some reason just my head lights not working.fuse and bulbs are fine,now i used a check light on the head light bulb.i get power on both sides isn't one side + and one side -? or is that how is suppose to be? my my head lights use to come on just by turning on the car on without turning the switch on the signal stick.can it be some other cause?where else should i look? oh the high beam come on just not the low.
