Head Gasket?

I just got my block and head back from the machine shop. My question is because both sides were decked would I need a thicker HEAD gasket to compensate for the lost metal? or is it too little to worry about?

Yeah, it all depends how much they took off. Most of the time they don't take much off, unless they both were really uneven. But then you probably wouldn't want that engine in your.
