Tried a couple searches for the head bolt torque sequence for 1991 non turbo and came up with nothing. Anyone have a picture and sequence?

54 ft/lbs would be for a 2g 7 bolt with 11mm studs 1993-1999
A 1g has 12mm head bolts 72 ft/lbs 1989-1991

These spec sare from the Victor Reinz 2003 Torque spec guide.

No listing in the Fel-Pro Torque Tables 486-93
No listing in the MAHLE Torque spec guide TQ-VR-09 ( only covers 2000-2009)

What are you lost about?

You are looking for the torque specs for a 1g 6 bolt, 4g63 NT engine correct?

That has the 12mm bolt, with an allen socket cap correct?

I think it was my last post that threw him off. I wrote it too vague. I corrected it.

Op recheck my last post. Sorry I three you off. If its a true 91, oil pan should be flat at the front. 7 bolts are curved like this:

.

6 bolt head torque sequence. As stated earlier, start at ten and go down for all three sequences. Start at 35 then 55 then 72. Loosen all bolts and repeat process again for the final time.

Doing it twice will ensure they are properly torqued. First time the bolts may stretch some, reason for doing it twice. Second time should set them in good.
