headbolt torque sequence and specs

just as the title says i need the headbolt torque specs and sequence for a 2g 7 bolt motor
i need these like asap so any help is always appreciated i do not have a chiltons or haynes manual but need to get this done today and i forgot to get the info . I did a search but all i could find was a something for a non turbo. thanks

well nevermind i guess i'm going to go get a manual tomorrow and tackle this then

You might want to get the backup manual on CD rather than one of the aftermarket manuals.
