LIP OFF THE 2G FRONT BUMPER FROM 97-99?? MINE IS CRACKED IN THE MIDDLE I WAS THINKING ABOUT CUTTING THE LOWER PORTION EVENLY OFF AND PAINTING A EVO STYLE DESIGN ON IT BLACK? ANYONE KNOW HOW IT LOOKS CHOPPED? CANT SEEM TO GOOGLE IT.

It probably won't look all that bad. Problem is that as soon as that section is cut you will have holes on either side of the opening. Would have to use something to cover them up. Could use fiberglass if that is a 'glass bumper. But if that is the case then might as well fix the crack and not mess with modifying the bumper.
 
Yea just wondering if anyone ever cut the lower portion clean out.. what do u mean I would have holes? The mouth of the front bumper would just not have a lower lip
 
There is a metal bracket on the bottom edge of your bumper that helps it keep its shape. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean the bottom will be flopping around without it. Aftermarket fiberglass might hold its shape but OEM urethane would sag.
