It's a marine turbo, hence the water jacket in the turbine housing. This thing has no place on a non-marine application unless you swap turbine housings.

If you're familiar with 8 bolt wheels, that should give you an idea of how big it is.

Soooo what's the point of this thread aside from showing off a turbo that will never see use on a DSM?

^ That's a 1ft. length of 2x4 holding up the T25 in the pics, so the outlet of the monster Garrett's turbine housing is around 6".

If a different exhaust housing can be put on it (maybe from an hx40?), it might be put on a DSM someday or a Cummins truck.
