From videos ive seen that holsets have sord of a whistle to them when reving up the engine, Mine does not any idea what it could be?

Even under 4500 2 step i cant hear it. Does my tubo have a silencer ring Justin?

Not making much boost at the line for some reason maybe 2 pounds and car has 4 inch intake with 2g maf and kn intake.

Are you looking to hear the turbine whistle or the compressor spool? I have a straight pipe intake (no mas) and a full straight pipe exhaust ( no cat, res and no muffler) and i hear the tubine at idle and spooling sound when pulling out. This is a tiny 14b also.

Well, a 14b is smaller AND has nothing to do with the topic....

;)

Since you have a GS-T... try putting a little load on the turbo at the line with a staging brake or a hand brake, if you dont have the ability to set up a two-step and you should make more boost.

That extra load/boost should make it sing.

Love the way these Holset/BorgWarners sound.

Pretty sure its a function of the MWE groove/anti-surge housing and the wheel aero.
