Gurgling Turbo?

Alas.. I have run into a situation with my 90 GSX. I noticed the problem last night. It seems that whenever my turbo spools, I get a LOUD ass "gurgling" type sound. The noise is only made when the turbo gauge actually reads that the turbo is spooling, I can go WOT in first for the most part and not get the sound. Also I can go as fast as I want as long as the turbo doesn’t spool and I dont get the sound. Also it does not appear that I am getting the power that I used to, hell I dont even feel the turbo at all! So im hoping that the turbo isnt blown or anything. I figured I would get your guys opinion on the situation? I plan to take it back to the shop where I get my initial inspection and see what they can find. Alas..... I REALLY hope my stupid ass turbo isnt blown! Any ideas from you guys?

btw, I havent increased boost (running 13psi) or added any new parts or anything like that. The only thing I have done since ive only had it for a week! is to tune the SAFC, which I did do a little of yesterday morning.

Is it smoking any when you let off? When my stock t25 went out, it was making a noise like you are explaning. It was the compressor wheel grinding itself away on the housing.

Take off the intake pipe, and check the shaft for play.
