I get a gurbling sound in my dash, i am assuming that it is in the heater core, from time to time. I have read that maybe i need to flush the core and it might fix the problem. The heater core is not leaking as i have checked the carpet and the firewall and they are dry as can be. I did a search but found nothing on the topic. Any ideas on this? Thanks in advance.

Make sure the tray drain for the AC is clear.
You'll be getting a lot of posts about burping the system, but DSMs don't have any high points that'll hold air like that. They burp themselves by the fourth time they've been brought up to temp and cooled off again.
