chtown,
Took my transfer case of tonight and what do u know the drain plug is like 2 inches thick of sludge and i had a poke a screwdriver in the hole to make the fluid come out. Not a whole lo came out! What should i do?? ANy help would be great thanks!!

Flush with kerosene (might be paraffin up there) or diesel, flush with something lighter (although you're never supposed to use gasoline), blow out and re-lube. Change that lube about 200 miles later.

Ya my boss said to use diesel and clean it out!! Thanks alot man!! :thumb:

fill it back up with readline heavy shock proof is a good idea, its good stuff, RRE carries it and im sure other places, u just need 2 bottles for both xcase and Rdiff
