I have a gst that I convert into a gsx but I never put the driveshaft! Because I can't find one in the juckyard. My question is "Can I dive the car with out the driveshaft". I been driving only around my block and a few time a week for only 10 min but never to far just in case something happen to it. And it been doing fine so far!:thumb: I just don't want any thing to happen to my transmission

If using the awd transmission w/o driveshaft hooked up. Then yes you can hurt the center diff in the transmission. Some have done this w/o any problems and others have hurt the diff. A VCE or welded center diff would make it okay to drive but I was told by john that even with my center diff welded the front diff isnt strong enough to go beating on it. However like I said some are luckier than others.
