Anyone know what this wire is? It's below the radio in the console, mine looks cut or something. Please help!!

That sounds like your memory wire isn't connected. And yes, that was someone's after-market ground which some inconsiderate thief didn't bother disconnecting before ripping out whatever it used to ground.RUSURE said:well, I noticed that my radio presets do not work or the clock, I can set them when I'm driving but when I turn the car off and go out later they won't be there anymore, pain in the butt.
Omega said:To power the radio properly, you need 3 things. Ground, pos, acc. It sounds like you lost the red (positive) wire... that keeps all your presets. Make sure it isn't connected to the yellow wire. That is the ignition wire, it's only powered when the car is running/ingnition on.
